Scott M. Schilling

As a founding partner of Gemini Corp., Scott has over 20 years of hands on experience in the industrial and mechanical construction career field. Scott is a hard worker who is not afraid to get his hands dirty and put his head down to get the job done.

Scott got his start as an agricultural laborer during, and right after high school. During this time, Scott learned the importance of hard work and dedication…skills that would prove invaluable throughout his life, and construction career.

Soon after graduating high school, Scott became a laborer with a local industrial contractor where he would work for the next ten years. Scott started off, as many do, at an entry-level position. He called upon his infallible work ethic to get the job done, while at the same time keeping his eyes and ears open to make the step up to an apprentice. After a few years gaining experience as a laborer and apprentice, Scott made the move to journeyman Steamfitter and Pipefitter. During this time he installed and repaired both high-pressure and low-pressure pipe systems used in the manufacture of electricity, as well as the heating and cooling of buildings. After gaining the experience and knowledge needed, Scott once again stepped up, this time to become a Project Superintendent.

After ten years, Scott took the opportunity to become Project Manager/Estimator, as well as co-owner, for Advanced Mechanical, Inc. Scott used this time to gain more experience, and knowledge, of all aspects of the Industrial/Commercial Contractor business. In addition, Scott completed the California State Contractor Law and License Exam to certify the company for work performed in California, which he brings with him on his new venture.
